I'm confused. Should I be eating 1597 calories to loose? I'm above that now and this am I weighed in at 194...another 2 lbs down from earlier this week. Since the scale is going down I kinda want to keep eating where I'm at to keep up the loosing. I have a total of 44 pounds to loose from this mornings weigh in.

I took a little over a week off recently and had a family vacation. I also gained 10 pounds. I blame this on NOT logging and my inability to track what I've really eaten each day. I vote you stick it out. Good luck!

What!? :noway: I didn't know antidepressants could cause weight gain. If my doctor mentioned it, I didn't hear it. I went on them a couple years ago and at the same time was on another steroid medication that caused weight gain I'm battling with now. I measure my popped popcorn after it's popped and use the nutrition info on the packaging for my diary and toss what didn't pop.

I eat at 20% below TDEE so my daily calorie goal is a static number, no matter if I exercise or not. So, no, I do not eat them back nor do I adjust for daily activity.

Yes absolutely. Eat 1200 calories a day at least. On the days you work out, add a protein shake after your workout. You'll replenish your bodies proteins and add the extra calories you need to fuel your body too. You can add me as a friend if you want to!

Walden Farms makes several Zero calorie Zero EVERYTHING dressings (it does have sodium but nothing else) and they are really good. I've started eating my salads with just feta cheese and avocado sliced on top. It's delicious and full of proteins and good fats and tons of flavor too.
