I would buy a rebounder at Sports Authority ($69.00) and a 10 lb kettleweight ($25.00) and see if you could get a deal on the Urban Rebounder tapes online. I have owned tons of equipment but these are very effective, take up a small space and you can get a great workout.

I use kettlebells 1-2 days a week. I have a 5 and 10 lb and 2 DVDs that I like. They are 45 minute workouts that are 8 reps, 3 sets.

I bought an incline trainer which I love. I can burn over 200 calories within 30 minutes and it is easy on my knees. It's a bit pricy but I saw them on sale at Coscos.

I have moved away from eating snack bars and I really don't miss them (but it took me awhile to give them up). Instead I eat nuts with fresh or dried fruit which keep me full longer.
