The last 10 pounds

Using MFP, I lost 10 pounds in 4 months and have maintained the weight loss for 3 months but I have plateaued. Any recommendations to get off the last 10 pounds?

It is tough as you get closer to your ideal body weight. Decreasing sugar intake helps. I stagger my calories each day to confuse my body and worked on muscle tone. It is not so much the exact weight, it is how you look at that weight. I found increasing my calorie intake slightly ( used 0.5lb/week loss as a guide) actually helped me when I got to the last 10.
Don't give up. It will come. However, I have been struggling since August. I stopped weighing myself as often and only looked at the results on a monthly scale.0 -
