OH YUM! Thank you for posting! Do you by chance have the nutritional breakdown? (specifically cals and protein).

Oh and also look into exercisetv.tv (if you have a computer with a large enough screen and speakers). They have a lot and a pretty good selection of free ones also.

I FELL in love with Kelli Roberts Kickboxing - 10 minute ones (there are 5 workouts, ten mins each). The first one and fat burning blast and abs all do not use weights (the legs and arms do, however you could omit them on the leg ones especially!). I love her teaching style. She has one you can check out and I have had it…

hmmmm Well first off, good for you for thinking ahead! What I would do is get some round numbers in your head for the healthiest of possible meals by going to different calorie calculators (here on MFP and others online) to see what a 'typical' meal most diners would have and guestimate by that. You may get sick of broiled…

Thank you for the fantastic laugh!!! The one I loathe most are old-fashioned situps...I know that crunches, and particularly standing crunches are much better for you to do...but it doesn't change the level of hatred i have for those dang things. I will throw out a hate bomb to squats also :explode: my knee can't…

In addition to the MYRIAD of wonderful ideas that all of these great folks suggest (and I use all of them too, as I won't join a gym either)... Jumping rope, and you can use wrist weights for resistance Happy cal-burning! ~ Sara

I would also wonder what you set your daily activity level at as well, as that has a MAJOR effect on the amt of calories MFP allows you (even to lose weight). But I agree with the above...listen to your body over ALL.
