hi! I have heard that the Wii scale (I have one too) can be a little fussy, especially if you have a carpeted floor or uneven floor. I would find the flattest spot possible, weigh yourself on it and compare that reading to a scale say,at walmart or somewhere where you can check to get a base reading. If the two weights are…

IDK if you have access to Netflix, but there are a ton to rent and some to stream in as well...also some times on demand has a selection...and don't forget your local library! That way you can 'try before you buy'...or keep on trying and don't buy :0) Netflix is how I found the Kimberly Spreen DVD's and MAN they are a…

BUMP - at work, can't watch now, but you did a great job of framing it for me (again) - that first few lbs is probably INNER fat...

you can also make these dairy free! Since oreos are already dairy free, you can use soy cream cheese, and semi sweet (non-milk)chips to dip them in (lin lieu of white choc).
-
BUMP oh and I am not sure if you have tried Kimberly Spreen's Combat dvd's (I have 2 of them) but they are pretty intense (options to use a weighted bar and a medicine ball).

don't forget to try the different TEMPERATUREs as well...I like it freezing cold after workouts (with mint essence in it) but throughout the day I prefer it room temp, unless it is with a meal and then I like it hot... and I am able to drink 16-24 glasses easy.

dove dark chocolates - portioned well. Any of the good dark chocolate of 55% - it is strong stuff, has great antioxidants and curbs mine just fine! :0)

OH MY GOSH YES! I am using shea and coco butter lotion specifically to help fade stretch marks (genetics plus big baby then TWINS), and so I put it EVERY where those marks seem to be...I think I can see a difference! Every time after I shower, when my skin is most receptive to it :)

Turkey has a distinct...ummmm.. flavor. But since marrying 10 yrs ago to a man who couldn't eat beef, I ahve cooked with only ground turkey. It is best when there are STRONG flavors with it ie tacos or enchiladas, in spaghetti sauce, or in taco style casseroles. We also use it in sloppy joes and in pot pie recipes too.

I would also mention that it matters how much you weigh, and/or how much you need to lose. When I weighted 269, I burned about 200 more cals in the same workout than I do now, simply because I was moving more weight around. I can still bust out a 1000+ burn, but heck I am still in the 220's. Also, I firmly believe if you…

LOVE the 10 minute kickboxing. As well as the one you mentioned the crucnch total sculpt. If you can or want to get one not streaming, there is a total combat with Kimberly Spreen...HIGH calorie burn there...

I second the netflix idea...espeically if you already subscribe to it, you can stream workouts instantly right now (instant gratification:0) I love the 10 minute workouts,as you can do as little or as much as you would like. They have dancing, kickboxing (my fave) and toning. Happy cardio! ~ Sara
