Powerstrike (Kickboxing)

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone does Powerstrike religiously. I was looking at it and it has great reviews. I haven't seen anyone say anything bad about it actually. I do Turbo Jam A LOT and I am looking to mix it up a little.

    oh and I am not sure if you have tried Kimberly Spreen's Combat dvd's (I have 2 of them) but they are pretty intense (options to use a weighted bar and a medicine ball).
