my addiction is apple sauce...it kills my sweet tooth esp when i put a little bit of caramel in it....i get the all natural unsweetened...i know my friend gets the one with cinnamon and loves it or will add her own...dont know if it will help you any but thats how i get over my sweet tooth

i love the comfort of my sketchers shape ups....as for toning i have no clue if they made a difference but i can say since switching to those my knee has felt a lot better even after long runs...i do like them....for me the comfort was worth every penny

i really liked the special k yogurt and berries one...till i learned i was allergic to it...couldn't figure out why my tongue was swelling up after eating it...then i read the ingredients...but its so yummy as long as your not allergic to cinnamon

i too want to quit...but im so scared of the weight gain...im working so hard to lose these 35 lbs of extra weight...i dont want to go backwards...if you want support and to knock this out together id love to help and get support as well....plus it would get my doc off my back about it

thanks everyone...it is so hard to have a sleep schedule...i too sit all night...only difference is my job sent us to work from home...but still im not motivated to clean or anything while working...so i stay up and do it during the day...plus my classes...its like i never get sleep which i know is totally not…

My mom turned me on to Natori ... they are little pricey but great support... i can run, walk, weight train, yoga all types of activities and don't get the "im going to hit myself" feeling.... plus they are incredibly comfortable...for light workouts i picked up the Champion ones from target...they are comfortable and okay…

We have papa johns a lot at work...I always get a thin crust chicken spinach one with no or light sauce....im not sure about the calories but i love it plus i never eat whole thing...i drink lots of water...eat the salad and have a small slice...ill even cut one slice in half and eat it that way...eat one half drink some…

so here is weird question...when do yall sleep (i no we dont sleep much). Im trying to get on a more schedule like but i can figure it out...sometimes i go to bed at 9 am sometimes 11-12 sometimes 2 pm up at 10:00 pm every night...unless people want to be social then its all screwed up...
