That seems like a lot of letters for spreading out your macros. What's the benefit to having an S meal or an E meal? Why can't you have fats and carbs in the same sitting?

Muay thai is what got me into fighting in MMA. I love love love it. I'd say the strike to the leg was just that, a leg kick. Some hurt worse than others, and you'll get used to them as you go. I don't mind my partners kicking my quads without shin guards, but for ribs, head and knees I still ask that they wear them.

I'd suggest ditching the book. There's no need to worry about sugar (esp from fruit) unless you have a medical issue. Eat plenty of protein, 1g / pound of LBM, fat .4g / pound of LBM and let the rest of your calories fall where they may. Fad diets/programs are junk. Awesome work. I would add that WHAT you eat matters, WHEN you eat doesn't matter. It's a bit misleading to tell people that you can slow down your metabolism by eating at 10pm when that really isn't the case. Regardless, you look great!
