I second the gradual tanner.. that way you can see what you like, and your less likly to miss a spot. I love loreal sublime bronze personally.. but it's harder to find this time of year. What about an instant tanner/bronzer that washes off.. so that way if you make a mistake or you don't like it, it will come off right…

My suggestion is to make a mexican chilli/stew. Yeah, I had that right above my knee for 2.5 days, I thought I was gonna go mad and it would never go away, I just drank more water ate a banana and drank powerade for the electrolytes, ... not sure they did anything to help, but it did go away with time. I think you just have to wait that one out.

When I do her video's ill enter the time ex. 30min, into brisk walking! ... if u look at areobic and put the time in, it's usually about the same calories burned. I love her video's...
