  • my fiance is in the army national guard and i would say go air force. hes not happy with his unit. seems like they dont take good care of them. i think air force may be different but i am unsure. just my experience with it seems the army NG is kind of a hassle.

  • yes, i lost 80 and now i have gained back about 15 since my fiance has been home from Afghanistan. im trying to lose the 15 i've put back on though. i've had a couple problems arise but im on it now and will get there eventually. its tough but you cant just stop. ever. they say you learn to love to exercise after you do it…

  • thank you everyone! i am on a pleatue right now so i'm trying out some new exercises to kick start it again. i still want to lose 20 pounds so gotta find a way. but at least i've kept the weight off for a year and havent gained any back! thats the important part! life style changes! no a diet! :) keep it up everyone!
  • also that was over a year ago and i have kept the weight off. but you still have to make life style changes. its not a magic pill. you still have to work hard at it. good luck!
  • i got some from my doctor. phentremine. they worked really good. i lost about 12 pounds a month but i was eating healthy and exercising an hour each day sometimes more. if you do decide to use some, make sure youre eating right and exercising or else it will be a waste. good luck!
