The last time I posted on this challenge was round 14 on September 9th. I was at 191.6 pounds, then left to do a challenge at a local gym. The challenge went great. I lost 16.8 pounds in six weeks and became so much stronger! Since then I still go to the gym and work out like crazy but my eating has gotten a little off…
