Round 14 (My round 3) I didn't meet my Round 13 goal, so I am going to keep it the same for Round 14. Let's get 'er done
For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.

Back still! Did the yoyo thing last round; ended up where I started 144.4. I vow to be more conscious this round and to exercise more - hard to do lately because of family commitments. I'm looking to get to 143 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. I need to get a little more serious this round.

8/21 144.4 - 45 on ellip and 1 ice cream nutty buddy. Did forgo the enchiladas I made yesterday and had a salad with the chicken and black beans on it. My goal today is to keep carbs no more than 50 and calories 1000-1200. Happy Eclipse everyone!
8/22 143.2 Woo Hoo! Hope some of this loss is fat. Now to pay attention so that I continue the downward. 75 min on ellip and made a crustless mushroom quiche - high in protein, tasty and satisfying and low in cals and carbs. More ellip today and hopefully get to gym. Remember, you are beautiful.

8/22 206.6- started T.O.M yesterday so that weight gain is probably from that. Did weight lifting and cardio. Fitbit said I burned 967 calories

Here I am again!!!
I'll only be around the first half of this round...heading on an end of summer road trip with my boys before school starts, but I'd like to keep on top of things before we leave. I got within 2 lbs of my current goal weight for a couple of days last round and then the day trip adventures with the kids threw me for a loop...I'd like to stay under 155 and then tackle those last 5 once the routine gets back to normal when school starts.

GW- 150 for now - would like to maintain and focus on fitness for a while.
8/20 - 152.2 - coming in from round 13...on my mom's scale
8/21 - 153.8 - back on my scale...I can feel I'm holding on to water weight (plus some real weight) from my not so great food and drink choices over the weekend. Going to make the next 5 days count before we head on our trip.
8/22 - 153 - had a sleepy day yesterday but got a short trail run in and kept the eating in check.

8/21 - 202.8 - after a weekend, I'll take it. Back to eating on point, no alcohol and a LOT of water.
8/22 - 202.2 - went slightly over calories yesterday. Drank over 100 oz water. It's slow but the process is working.

I use a product called 'renew life clear fiber' that I buy online. I started with it to help lower cholesterol. The fiber and carbs are equal so no effective carbs, in case that's a concern.

8/21 - 226.2 I tried the Military Diet but after much "advice", I broke the diet last night. I actually felt good yesterday, a tad hungry... and I don't think that was a bad thing.
8/22 - 224.3 1 mile walk, some light calisthenics this morning. It's going to be a GREAT day.

Changed up my breakfast yesterday. I've been doing the same protein smoothie for 3-4 weeks and I was getting seriously bored with it. Doing yogurt, granola, and an apple this week. I was pretty hungry yesterday, but I was also way under calories on Sunday. Did better with calories yesterday, so hoping that I feel a bit more satisfied today.

8/21 215.2 / Dang! We ate out yesterday, I took a nap, went for a 2 mile run, made a super delicious dinner AND had a cupcake. It was pretty awesome and so this number isn't really bothering me. Focusing on lots of water today!
8/22 / 213.7 / Well, less than my last round but I can still feel some bloating so I'm hoping with adequate water today and a run that we'll be back in the 211s tomorrow.
