8/21- 172.5 - I went mia last round because we went on vacation for a week! I didn't log but I walked a ton and tried to keep a mental count of calories throughout so that I could still have fun. Seems like I just maintained from my last weight but I'm ok wIth that for vacation!

8/21- 162.2 Yup, up almost 4 POUNDS from yesterday. I was mortified by this number this morning, especially when I remembered this challenge. I wanted to lie and say I didn't weigh in or put another number down. I am owning it and the four beer I had last night with friends and the resulting binge on cookies. I have to start taking control of this- not just for the numbers on the scale but for the havoc it wreaks on my body.

Hi, I'm in! This is my very first round!!! Hoping to break my plateau that I've been in for about a week. Got to 168 but have been hovering around 170 the last few days...

Seriously though, I have found the people on this thread to be incredibly supportive. A helpful member-suggestion for me was to focus on the averages, instead of the daily whims of the scale. (I don't know about your scale, but mine can be quite the moody beast at times!)
Hope you follow the thread the entire round - even if it means tossing the scale in the closet for ten days and reading the successes and stumbles of your community.

@FAR_from_FAT Just take it a day at a time. I've struggled with depression most of my life and all I can say is just try to keep going. I know it's like walking in quicksand, but all you can do is keep fighting. We're all here for support.5 -

S12 (Aug 1st) - 242.2 -231.0. (Lost 11.2) Total: 11.2
S13 (Aug 11th) - 231.0 - 229.6. (Lost 1.4) Total: 12.6

8/21 - 228.8 - feeling great. Walked to and from gym. Did 12.9km walk/bike/elliptical! Almost reached my 100km in Aug goal! I've been going to the gym every day except rest days and i am not craving to go. I've been eating very well and prepping my food ahead of time. I've been motivated my Bigest Loser Team and my Buddy! I have more energy and my mood is more positive! I've been drinking at least 4-24oz bottles of water a day with a goal of 6.5 bottles!

These dates are perfect for me! I need to lose a bit more weight before the 1st of Sept. in order to stay on track!!! I REALLY need to be in the 180's before Oct. 1st.

Aim: It took me a couple of months but I managed to get out of the 200 club and I want to stay there!
8/21 - 196.4 (Full disclosure, I'm quite bloated today, I ate too much salt and calorie-high food yesterday... I was 194.6 on the 20th. So if there's a big drop tomorrow it's not real weight loss. LOL)
