    I use a product called 'renew life clear fiber' that I buy online. I started with it to help lower cholesterol. The fiber and carbs are equal so no effective carbs, in case that's a concern.

    I'm in. Finished the last round where I started but I think I've got some water retention going on.

    Changed up my breakfast yesterday. I've been doing the same protein smoothie for 3-4 weeks and I was getting seriously bored with it. Doing yogurt, granola, and an apple this week. I was pretty hungry yesterday, but I was also way under calories on Sunday. Did better with calories yesterday, so hoping that I feel a bit more satisfied today.

    @biketheworld If you post your weight and don't return to the thread again till you are ready to post again MFP takes you straight back to the last post you looked at .. just scroll up and it will be there ... however if you visit the thread after you post your weight (like I do) you just have to remember the page number you were on. unfortunately theres no easy way to find it.
