    I'm focusing on one day at a time.

    8/21 269.8 Goals: 25mins cardio; 10k steps; 3.0L water; track all food- all done

    8/22 270.6 Goals: Strength Training; 10k steps; 3.0L water; Track all food- all done
    Stayed under calories; ate plenty veggies, protein, and fruit- enjoyed each meal and my evening snack.

    8/23 270.6 Goals: 25 mins cardio; 10K steps; 3.0L water; Track all food-all done
    Barely stayed under calorie but I am always hungrier after cardio. I don’t eat back exercise calories because I don’t know how accurate my Apple Watch is about calculating calories burned.

    8/24 269.8 Goals: Strength Training; 10K Steps; 3.0L water, Track all food- all done
    Stayed under calorie. It was harder to feel satisfied and found myself fighting the desire to eat due to boredom. NSV: Upped a set strength training.

    8/25 271.6 Goals: Rest day; 10K steps; 3.0L water; Track all food

    Goal: Get to my goal by the first of the year!

    8/27 147.6 ~(Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36)~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation, :(:(

    8/23 – 154.4 – whoa.

    8/25 – 153.8 Goal for the round…but…the weekend approaches…Really wanted a non – whole food snack and glass of wine last night so I went to bed early instead.
    8/26 - 153.8 Goal for the weekend is exercise and plenty of water
    8/27 - 153.0 Ate to my number including exercise calories but feeling mighty hungry and low energy
