    8/21 - 156.1 – focus on whole food
    8/22 - 155.6 – right direction, must keep logging…
    8/23 – 154.4 – whoa.
    8/24 - 154.3
    8/25 – 153.8 Goal for the round…but…the weekend approaches…Really wanted a non – whole food snack and glass of wine last night so I went to bed early instead.
    8/26 - 153.8 Goal for the weekend is exercise and plenty of water
    8/27 - 153.0 Ate to my number including exercise calories but feeling mighty hungry and low energy

    Maybe "whole foods" isn't working for you. You can adjust what you eat and even the calorie numbers so as not to feel hungry and low energy. Are you eating enough?

    Round 14 (My round 3) I didn't meet my Round 13 goal, so I am going to keep it the same for Round 14. Let's get 'er done

    For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.

    8/22. 165.5 will focus today on making healthy choices.
    8/23 166.5. I knew it would go up. In the middle of orientation week activities as my daughter starts college and am surrounded by food and treats 24/7. Today is the last day and the temptations should be gone.
    8/24 167 I'm not surprised. Committing to refocus my efforts.

    8/26 165.5. Back where I started at the beginning of the challenge. Hope to make some progress now in the next few days and finish strong!

    I use a product called 'renew life clear fiber' that I buy online. I started with it to help lower cholesterol. The fiber and carbs are equal so no effective carbs, in case that's a concern.
