I am in! First round for me.
it will be a challenge as this weekend I will be travelling to Vienna for a nice getaway, so keeping my current weight is my goal.
Current Weight: 61.3 kg
R14 goal - stay in the 60.x
Ultimate goal: 57 kg
8/21 61.3 kg
8/22 60.9 kg - under calories + 6.4 km running YEY. Good, good day!
8/23 60.7 kg - unexpected. Had dinner quite late yesterday, so I was expecting 61 something. But happy!
8/24 61.0 kg - good day though. Had a big pasta plate at lunch and only some melon in the evening after that.
8/25 61.0 kg - great to stay at the same weight! Little bit too much honey yesterday to fix a sore throat.
8/26 - missed (holiday in Vienna)

8/28 61.7 kg - well, it was expected after all the wine and schnitzel I had during the weekend. Back on track from today!

Update: I found a scale in one of the cupboards in our holiday cottage, so am running with it.
SW: 227; Lowest weight 18 Aug 2017: 159.2; Final goal weight: 147
Round 8: lowest, 162.0; highest, 169.0; mean, 165.5 (5 day holiday created overage)
Round 9: lowest, 164.8; highest, 169.0; mean, 166.8
Round 10: lowest, 166.0; highest, 168.0; mean 167.7 (166 on 4 days! I know I can improve on that!)

20/8/2017: 159.4 Not on my own scale, but it will do for comparisons.
21/8/2017: 158.6 Quite surprised. Had a huge Sunday dinner, but I had walked quite a lot, and did some hiking on a nearby moor.
22/8/2017: 161.5 (NMOS) Retaining water as my knee has flared up and is rather swollen. Barely got my 6500 steps. Slightly over basic calories. But still in the green, despite having wine with dinner last night, and not hydrating enough. C'est la vie!
23/8/2017: 161 (NMOS) Goals ✅ Still nursing my knee along. Did upper body/abs workout.
24/8/2017: 163 (NMOS) This is mostly water weight. We are on holiday, and I choose to have a day off the merry go round yesterday. Cause and effect! Yesterday we went on a boat trip to Rathlin Island. Although under goal, and making as healthy choices as I could, I reckon my sodium intake was way up, and needless to say I didn't hydrate enough to flush it out. Then we went to the ice cream parlour when we got back to the mainland. On top of that we had Chinese takeaway, (more sodium!) as we were knackered after the day walking in the open air and no one wanted to cook. Today I will eat light and hydrate. PS: Did I mention the chocolate?
25/8/2017: 164 (NMOS) Another meal out last night. And didn't hydrate enough. I will be drinking like a fish today. Thank goodness I am going home tomorrow and all these temptations are removed. I will have to buckle down and get rid of this holiday baggage.

27/8/2017: 167.2 Back to my own scale. This is no surprise after a week of eating out and holiday treats.- I know I logged the food but it's difficult to gauge the extra calories added by chefs to 'enhance' the taste, undoubtedly over Goal most days.
- I prepared food for some of the days, but one doesn't want to be a party pooper when eating out as a 'treat' with family.
- Some of the weight will go quickly, because of all the sodium and water retention.
- I will be glugging water back for the few next to days to flush out the system.
- You pay a price when you over-indulge on rich food (in more ways than one).
- One thing I have learned during the last 3 years on here is that being fit and healthy is a lifetime commitment.
- You can over-indulge, but only occasionally, and the scale is your best motivation to make sure it doesn't get out of hand.
- Each day is a new day, and a new opportunity to choose your path.

8/21 - 191.8 met my 50lb milestone today.
8/22 - 191.2 I'm being rewarded plenty for sticking to my guns this round as I stayed in the 193's for 10 days last round. It is sometimes hard to be patient as I seem to spent a lot of time waiting for the scale to show the payoff of my hard work. I see the pattern though and know if I stay motivated the numbers will move steadily downward.
8/23 - 192.2 High salt day, was so good though!
8/24 - 191.4 I knew it wasn't going to stay -- now I'm wondering if I can possibly get into the 8's in this round.

8/29 - 190.6 Went to the doctor yesterday. I have been tracking my bp for years and he has seen significant reduction to eliminate part of my blood pressure therapy. I'll track again for 6 weeks and he feels we may be able to cut it down more. This is a wonderful NSV. BUT, he has cut out the HCT, which is the water pill portion of my therapy and I'm nervous about the impending water weight gain. We will see the damage over the next week. If anyone has experience with this I would love to hear.

8/22 - 162.2 - Slow and steady...all good.
8/23 - 162 - no exercise the last two days but have been under calories. Can't say I've made the best nutritional choices though. Will do better today.
8/24 - 161.6 - got some good exercise in, lots of water, and stayed at calories. Progress showing up on the scale!
8/25 - 161.6 - did well with calorie intake yesterday but no time for exercise. Lots of exercise coming up today though!

8/21: 198.4 – so surprise here. Way over on cals the last couple days.
8/22: 196.4 – Wahoo! Finally see a decent drop. Let’s keep this going.
8/23: 196 & 195.6 – Weighed myself twice today, once when I got up and again about 30 mins later. I don’t know which one to record so I’m recording them both. Super sore today from Monday’s workout.
8/24: 195.6 - .7 pounds from my short term goal weight. Once I get there and keep it for a week, I’m rewarding myself with a fancy new workout outfit.
8/25: 195.8 – Not as exciting as a loss but not bad either.
8/26: 195.4 – Woo! Didn’t expect this as I had a carb/fat pigout last night. Spending 6 hours in the car today. Sure way for me to retain a little water. I’ll fit in some exercise somehow.
8/27: 194.6 – Wow! I hit my short term goal! So happy! Now I want to keep it and then on to my next goal of 185. I haven’t weighed in the 180’s for 8 years (my 30’s) so that would be amazing. Well, now that I think about it I can’t remember the last time I was under 195.
8/28: 193.4 – Oh how I wish this was real. I’ll just expect to go back up hopefully just a little though.
8/29: 193.4 – Kinda crazy. I couldn’t get away from 197 in the last round and now here I am in the 193’s. Maybe the scale batteries are going dead?

Barely stayed under calorie but I am always hungrier after cardio. I don’t eat back exercise calories because I don’t know how accurate my Apple Watch is about calculating calories burned.

Stayed under calorie. It was harder to feel satisfied and found myself fighting the desire to eat due to boredom. NSV: Upped a set strength training.

Drank 4.0L of water. Did better on the desire to eat out of boredom. Drank water and found something else to capture my attention. I found myself wanting to do something fitness wise. Think I will look into something fun and fitness related for rest days.

Drank 4.0L of water. Stayed under 1300 calories. Food met satiety well today.

Glad to see the scale move downward today. Sticking to the plan pays off. Drank 4.0L of water. Stayed busy and I had to squeeze in a walk to meet my step goal last night. I didn’t want to but I am glad I did.

It is nice to see this new low. Drank 4L of water. Cardio went well; I have noticed increased ease while doing the more intense intervals. I also took the opportunity to do leg strength training because I know tomorrow it is going to be hard to fit it all in.

8/21 - 196.4 (Full disclosure, I'm quite bloated today, I ate too much salt and calorie-high food yesterday... I was 194.6 on the 20th. So if there's a big drop tomorrow it's not real weight loss. LOL)
8/22 - 197 Ok, so the bloating was a bit worse than I thought! But I'm being a good girl.

8/24 - 198.2 Ok, so this was a slap in the face, but I deserved it. I let myself go completely wild yesterday... Sugary foods for breakfast and snacks, Thai food (pasta) at lunch, & All you can Eat Sushi for dinner. I was 3000 caps over the limit even after my half-hearted workout. Today I will make a change and be good.
8/25 - 195.4 Yay!!! Being a good girl pays off!!! All bloating is now gone. Anything I lose from here on out is weight!!! I hoping to see 193.8 BEFORE these 10 days are over!

Today is was sooo different that I got on 5x and it was never the same number! I'm wondering if there is something wrong with it. Anyway. I recorded a number that seemed the most consistent and realistic. It's still low! So I'm happy.

Back still! Did the yoyo thing last round; ended up where I started 144.4. I vow to be more conscious this round and to exercise more - hard to do lately because of family commitments. I'm looking to get to 143 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. I need to get a little more serious this round.

8/21 144.4 - 45 on ellip and 1 ice cream nutty buddy. Did forgo the enchiladas I made yesterday and had a salad with the chicken and black beans on it. My goal today is to keep carbs no more than 50 and calories 1000-1200. Happy Eclipse everyone!
8/22 143.2 Woo Hoo! Hope some of this loss is fat. Now to pay attention so that I continue the downward. 75 min on ellip and made a crustless mushroom quiche - high in protein, tasty and satisfying and low in cals and carbs. More ellip today and hopefully get to gym. Remember, you are beautiful.
8/23 144 Ah phooey... knew it was too big of a drop all at once. Still, down almost half a pound since Monday. Gotta get me to gym today by hook or by crook. Did 60 min on ellip and ate within cal, below on carbs. Merry losing, ya'll.
8/24 144 Got to gym yesterday - love it. Makes me feel like Wonder Woman. Ate within cals and carbs. Waiting for a whoosh. Since the weekend is coming a lunch out with friends, I'll be extra good today and tomorrow.

8/26 144.8 There's the sodium and 2 slices of pizza and mixed drink. Higher than when this round started. Off to camp out and maybe get some exercise. Didn't make it to gym as I'd only had 3 hours sleep. I want to see the scale say in the 142's before this decade ends.
8/27 no scale in the woods.... lots of hiking up and down hills, ate sensibly, brought chicken and veggie foil packets for dinner.
8/28 141.6 Whoop! Slept very late for me and some of this loss is thanks to kidneys but I'm celebrating. All that hiking burned some cals. Gonna make some chicken/veggie soup to stay below my high yoyo for this round. Thank you body. PS... I have lost 21 pounds by this morning's weigh in. Doing the happy dance.
8/29 142.4 Got to gym, ate clean and below cals and carbs. Happy with this number as I wanted to finish this round in the 42's or below. Going to get in some elliptical today and more chick/veggie soup - made a bunch. I want this number to be my new 'high'.

8/21 - 202.8 - after a weekend, I'll take it. Back to eating on point, no alcoholic hol and a LOT of water.
8/22 - 202.2 - went slightly over calories yesterday. Drank over 100 oz water. It's slow but the process is working.
8/23 - 200.8 - WHAT?! I had to step on the scale 3 times to register this. I'm sure I'll post a gain tomorrow but still psyched to see this number.
8/24 - 200.4 - honestly surprised I've maintained in this area for another day. ONEderland is so close!!
8/25 - 200.6 - still surprised I'm maintaining around here again. Thought for sure I would see a small gain. Maybe all the water I'm drinking (200 oz a day) is helping?!
8/26 - 200.8 - I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that I haven't hit ONEderland yet. It's toying with me! Heading out for a bike ride today. Should probably revise my goal for this round.
8/27 - 200.6 - UGH. Rode my bike 10 miles yesterday. But I did gorge myself at dinner. Even though I stayed within calories it wasn't a healthy choice. Maybe tomorrow I'll hit ONEderland.

Hey everybody! I'm in again but with a late start. I've been battling the stomach flu, so just tracking my calories and forcing myself to eat and drink has been hard. Since work started back up 2 weeks ago, I couldn't call off either, so pushing myself to do that has taken all my energy.

8/27: 178.4 I am down 2 oz from my original start weight. This round has been like a roller coaster. I have been up and down everyday, even if I just lose a lb this round, I'll be happy or not go back and stay in the 8s.
8/28: 178.8 What is up with this round? I'd normally be upset, but not this time. Maybe I'm growing in my mental strength to deal with these numbers being all over the place and wonky. I am remaining steady, and that's a positive.

8/24 – 225.3 WOW, I knew I should have said no to going out for Mexican food. YIKES. After eating good for a week then eating like I did last night… I felt bad all night. But I was able to get up and get a workout in before work!
8/25 – 225.1 Quiet night last night… to quiet. I did keep to one of my new goals, do not eat after 7 at night. I didn’t drink as much water as I wanted, and dinner was high in sodium…. But my mind set is still focused on my goal.. GET HEALTHY, EAT SMART, GET STRONG

8/28 – 225.0 The weekend is over. Two day beach trip, followed by working the ER last night… ugh…. Still was able to get up and get after it for 30 mins of good ol’ sweat dripping ground push, plank holding, kettlebell lifting cardio workout.
8/29 – 223.5 WOW what a nice surprise. I know I’m cutting back on portion size, plus I mowed the yard last night… so maybe little bit of water weight loss.
Today is my first day of trying some intermittent fasting (I/F) so we’ll see how it goes.

8/28: 225.2 haven't been feeling well. Nothing I can put my finger on! Will try to make doctor's appt today.

8/21: 314.0 : Good start not gained. Hopefully tommorrow I can leave the 314's and go downwards.
8/22: 314.0 : Scale keeps flickering from 313.2 to 314.0 but sticks to flashing 314.0, would like to see a 313 change tomorrow.
8/23: 314.0 : Why won't it move?? I'm happy it's not going up but I am working out and eating my target and under.
8/24: 314.4 : Finally some movement but in the wrong direction. I did eat a heavy dinner so guess it could be from that. Maybe now it can go down?
8/25: 314.4 : Okay with this even though was under calories.
8/26: 314.4 : Same again. Maybe something's wrong with my scales?
8/27: 316.2 : Well I wanted a change...just not this one. Let's start again.
8/28: 315.2 : Getting back down. Now to get back down to the 314's.
8/29: 314.6 : Nearly back to 3 days ago, not going to make my goal though this week.6 -

8/29 - 160.5 - either going for a walk/jog or doing a walk at home video after putting chicken in the crockpot

8/29- 229.1 Trusting the process, and noticing this has been my trend. I maintain at a certain weight for a while and then drop, and then maintain, and then drop. As long as the number continues downward, I'm happy!

8/24: 240.4 (Today marks 3 months since I started over and I am down 34lbs (the most I have ever lost in 3 months)! Woot Woot!!!)
8/25: 241.8 (too much sodium I am guessing because I ate under cal goal)
