    8/21 - 191.8 met my 50lb milestone today. :smile:
    8/22 - 191.2 I'm being rewarded plenty for sticking to my guns this round as I stayed in the 193's for 10 days last round. It is sometimes hard to be patient as I seem to spent a lot of time waiting for the scale to show the payoff of my hard work. I see the pattern though and know if I stay motivated the numbers will move steadily downward.
    8/23 - 192.2 High salt day, was so good though!
    8/24 - 191.4 I knew it wasn't going to stay -- now I'm wondering if I can possibly get into the 8's in this round. :smile:
    8/25 - 191.2 :smile:
    8/26 - 191.2
    8/27 - 191 ever so slowly but in the right direction!
    8/28 - 190.6 :sunglasses:
    8/29 - 190.6 Went to the doctor yesterday. I have been tracking my bp for years and he has seen significant reduction to eliminate part of my blood pressure therapy. I'll track again for 6 weeks and he feels we may be able to cut it down more. This is a wonderful NSV. BUT, he has cut out the HCT, which is the water pill portion of my therapy and I'm nervous about the impending water weight gain. We will see the damage over the next week. If anyone has experience with this I would love to hear.

    That's so wonderful that your blood pressure has improved. So proud of you. Best of luck on the water portion. Try not to get too nervous. I know that's easier said than done though.

    8/22 206.6- started T.O.M yesterday so that weight gain is probably from that. Did weight lifting and cardio. Fitbit said I burned 967 calories
    8/23 206.6- did back and biceps. Burned close to 400 calories. Didn't drink enough water or eat enough.
    8/24 205.6 did a hour of light cardio country heat. Counted my calories. Ate good, but should of drank more water
    8/25 204.4 didn't workout yesterday but ate very good. Ate about 1500 calories
    8/26 204 -did shoulders and counted calories at well.
    8/27 203.2! Omg I've never been this low since 2012! So I watched what I ate around 1800 calories. Didn't workout bc I was too lazy to! But I didn't eat bad. Had an amazing eggplant zucchini noodle lasagna last night! Going to make that again for sure.
    8/28 204.2 :( yesterday I watched what I ate was over about 200 calories. Walked for 50 mins
    8/29 201.8 yesterday was awful! I got strep throat so I could barely swallow anything down without it hurting a lot! I ate 1000 calories and absolutely no exercise. Just laid on the couch the whole time.
