I am in! First round for me.
it will be a challenge as this weekend I will be travelling to Vienna for a nice getaway, so keeping my current weight is my goal.
Current Weight: 61.3 kg
R14 goal - stay in the 60.x
Ultimate goal: 57 kg

8/22 60.9 kg - under calories + 6.4 km running YEY. Good, good day!
8/23 60.7 kg - unexpected. Had dinner quite late yesterday, so I was expecting 61 something. But happy!
8/24 61.0 kg - good day though. Had a big pasta plate at lunch and only some melon in the evening after that.
8/25 61.0 kg - great to stay at the same weight! Little bit too much honey yesterday to fix a sore throat.

23/8 - 196.8 - under calories, after 1 choc bar and 2 teacakes I realised TOM is due in the next week and went to bed before I done any real damage, damn those days where you could eat everything in sight!! 2 L water, 10 miles on bike and stretching

8/21. 125.75 (nice number to start with!)
8/22 125! - I know I obviously didn't lost 3/4 of a pound overnight, but hopefully this is a real lost that has just been masked until now. Still quite chuffed about this. I'm hoping to get down to 124 by thursday (my weekly weigh in, I weigh everyday but this one i use for comparison and do other measurements) even if it is 124.75. On the right track, but won't be too gutted if it goes up again as long as I keep eating healthy.
8/23 125.75 Back up to where I was haha. I had a lot of sodium yesterday and did an initial test for strength training challenges, which involved going to the maximum amount of reps I could do, so possibility I am retaining water for that as well. Oh well. I also finished level 1 of the 30DS, so I'm ready to move onto Level 2 now. I feel smaller, and I know I'm stronger, so it's just a matter of time till the scale represents it. My official weigh in is tomorrow, so I wonder If I'll reach my goal of being within 124.
8/24 -126.75 I'm actually quite upset about this, because it seems to imply I didn't lose any weight this week and that the days on the scale were just lying to me i guess it's possible it's because I'm still sore from exercise yesterday? Idk. On plus side I've lost 1 cm from my hips, thigh and arm, and 1/2 cm from my waist since last week (but they could always be off...so)
8/25 -126.25 I'm upset and annoyed as the fact I'm back up here seems to suggest I haven't lost any weight and this has all just been a natural fluctuation of about 2lbs. Which means I've lost nothing in over two weeks

8/21 181.8 WRONG WAY.... up 1.2 but had a lot of root veggies and salty ham for dinner so think it is water retention.
8/22 180.2 back in the right direction... Basement flooded yesterday so the work out of the day was bailing out the basement
8/23 180.6 had ice cream last night so I am not bad with the .4 going to try to behave myself today.. Work Meeting with Refreshments. ( my down fall are donuts)

8/25 181.8 still bad at work but tried to not eat the stress I am doubting that I will make it to my 179.XX by the end of the 10 days.

Round 14: (Round 7 for me. Female, 5'2" aged 71, weight in lbs)
Update: I found a scale in one of the cupboards in our holiday cottage, so am running with it.
SW: 227; Lowest weight 18 Aug 2017: 159.2; Final goal weight: 147
Round 8: lowest, 162.0; highest, 169.0; mean, 165.5 (5 day holiday created overage)
Round 9: lowest, 164.8; highest, 169.0; mean, 166.8
Round 10: lowest, 166.0; highest, 168.0; mean 167.7 (166 on 4 days! I know I can improve on that!)
Round 11: lowest, 164; highest, 166.8; mean, 165.5 (-2.6 this round)
Round 12: lowest, 161.4; highest, 164.4; mean, 162.6
Round 13: lowest, 159.2; highest, 161.8; mean, 160.4 [/b] Very happy with this.

20/8/2017: 159.4 Not on my own scale, but it will do for comparisons.
21/8/2017: 158.6 Quite surprised. Had a huge Sunday dinner, but I had walked quite a lot, and did some hiking on a nearby moor.
22/8/2017: 161.5 (NMOS) Retaining water as my knee has flared up and is rather swollen. Barely got my 6500 steps. Slightly over basic calories. But still in the green, despite having wine with dinner last night, and not hydrating enough. C'est la vie!
23/8/2017: 161 (NMOS) Goals ✅ Still nursing my knee along. Did upper body/abs workout.
24/8/2017: 163 (NMOS) This is mostly water weight. We are on holiday, and I choose to have a day off the merry go round yesterday. Cause and effect! Yesterday we went on a boat trip to Rathlin Island. Although under goal, and making as healthy choices as I could, I reckon my sodium intake was way up, and needless to say I didn't hydrate enough to flush it out. Then we went to the ice cream parlour when we got back to the mainland. On top of that we had Chinese takeaway, (more sodium!) as we were knackered after the day walking in the open air and no one wanted to cook. Today I will eat light and hydrate. PS: Did I mention the chocolate?
25/8/2017: 164 (NMOS) Another meal out last night. And didn't hydrate enough. I will be drinking like a fish today. Thank goodness I am going home tomorrow and all these temptations are removed. I will have to buckle down and get rid of this holiday baggage.

8/21 215.2 / Dang! We ate out yesterday, I took a nap, went for a 2 mile run, made a super delicious dinner AND had a cupcake. It was pretty awesome and so this number isn't really bothering me. Focusing on lots of water today!
8/22 / 213.7 / Well, less than my last round but I can still feel some bloating so I'm hoping with adequate water today and a run that we'll be back in the 211s tomorrow.
8/23 / 213.7 / Meh. Ran 3.3 miles last night WITH EASE dang I'm so glad I got back into running. Weather was cooler and the run was more enjoyable than usual. Was way under calories. I have this feeling my scale doesn't weigh correctly day to day because I'm the same weight with clothes on, without clothes on, before the bathroom, after the bathroom. What scale does everyone here use? Anywho I'm not disappointed with the number. I'm feeling pretty great
8/24 / 210.1 / Lowest yet! Ran another 3.25 last night with more ease. Ate well and drank a lot of water. Thumbs up!
8/25 / 209.8 / just took my girls to the park after work. Pushing a double stroller is a good workout! Lol but I took yesterday as a rest day and was only over my calories by 30something. I'm out of the 10s!!

Hey everybody! I'm in again but with a late start. I've been battling the stomach flu, so just tracking my calories and forcing myself to eat and drink has been hard. Since work started back up 2 weeks ago, I couldn't call off either, so pushing myself to do that has taken all my energy.

08/22: 179.6 I am so okay with this. I just don't want to see 180 again. Lol

8/25: 178.6 Back to where I started 5 days ago. I am beginning to feel more like myself now after being sick and am grateful for that.

We all have times where our bodies plateau., retain water, anything. Don't give up. It will happen. You should see mine for this week. I started off lower, got higher, and started to come back down like yours. It's natural.5 -

8/21 - 191.8 met my 50lb milestone today.
8/22 - 191.2 I'm being rewarded plenty for sticking to my guns this round as I stayed in the 193's for 10 days last round. It is sometimes hard to be patient as I seem to spent a lot of time waiting for the scale to show the payoff of my hard work. I see the pattern though and know if I stay motivated the numbers will move steadily downward.
8/23 - 192.2 High salt day, was so good though!
8/24 - 191.4 I knew it wasn't going to stay -- now I'm wondering if I can possibly get into the 8's in this round.

8/21 - 202.8 - after a weekend, I'll take it. Back to eating on point, no alcohol and a LOT of water.
8/22 - 202.2 - went slightly over calories yesterday. Drank over 100 oz water. It's slow but the process is working.
8/23 - 200.8 - WHAT?! I had to step on the scale 3 times to register this. I'm sure I'll post a gain tomorrow but still psyched to see this number.
8/24 - 200.4 - honestly surprised I've maintained in this area for another day. ONEderland is so close!!
8/25 - 200.6 - still surprised I'm maintaining around here again. Thought for sure I would see a small gain. Maybe all the water I'm drinking (200 oz a day) is helping?!

8/23: 196 & 195.6 – Weighed myself twice today, once when I got up and again about 30 mins later. I don’t know which one to record so I’m recording them both. Super sore today from Monday’s workout.
8/24: 195.6 - .7 pounds from my short term goal weight. Once I get there and keep it for a week, I’m rewarding myself with a fancy new workout outfit.
8/25: 195.8 – Not as exciting as a loss but not bad either.

Aim: It took me a couple of months but I managed to get out of the 200 club and I want to stay there!
8/21 - 196.4 (Full disclosure, I'm quite bloated today, I ate too much salt and calorie-high food yesterday... I was 194.6 on the 20th. So if there's a big drop tomorrow it's not real weight loss. LOL)
8/22 - 197 Ok, so the bloating was a bit worse than I thought! But I'm being a good girl.
8/23 - 195.8 Yay moving in the right direction!
8/24 - 198.2 Ok, so this was a slap in the face, but I deserved it. I let myself go completely wild yesterday... Sugary foods for breakfast and snacks, Thai food (pasta) at lunch, & All you can Eat Sushi for dinner. I was 3000 caps over the limit even after my half-hearted workout. Today I will make a change and be good.
8/25 - 195.4 Yay!!! Being a good girl pays off!!! All bloating is now gone. Anything I lose from here on out is weight!!! I hoping to see 193.8 before these 10 days are over!7 -

8/22 252.8 Sounds about right. I could have eaten better but my exercise was pretty good.
8/23 253.3 Had a little pizza indulgence yesterday, not typical of my eating habits but I'm sure its a factor in my increase. I did walk 8569 steps so that helped offset the bad choice.
8/24 255.3 Oh my gosh, why did I eat that salty food yesterday? I know it will blow me up like a balloon. Crap.

Back still! Did the yoyo thing last round; ended up where I started 144.4. I vow to be more conscious this round and to exercise more - hard to do lately because of family commitments. I'm looking to get to 143 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. I need to get a little more serious this round.

8/21 144.4 - 45 on ellip and 1 ice cream nutty buddy. Did forgo the enchiladas I made yesterday and had a salad with the chicken and black beans on it. My goal today is to keep carbs no more than 50 and calories 1000-1200. Happy Eclipse everyone!
8/22 143.2 Woo Hoo! Hope some of this loss is fat. Now to pay attention so that I continue the downward. 75 min on ellip and made a crustless mushroom quiche - high in protein, tasty and satisfying and low in cals and carbs. More ellip today and hopefully get to gym. Remember, you are beautiful.
8/23 144 Ah phooey... knew it was too big of a drop all at once. Still, down almost half a pound since Monday. Gotta get me to gym today by hook or by crook. Did 60 min on ellip and ate within cal, below on carbs. Merry losing, ya'll.
8/24 144 Got to gym yesterday - love it. Makes me feel like Wonder Woman. Ate within cals and carbs. Waiting for a whoosh. Since the weekend is coming a lunch out with friends, I'll be extra good today and tomorrow.
8/25 143 Again! LOL Surprised as my son asked me to make Chinese drumsticks which have a lot of soy sauce = sodium. Happy Friday!

@dlhollin1 this happened to me last round, I went from 195. something to up over 200 lbs .. it's still slowly coming back off .. a bit disheartening but ... trust the process .. its just a fluctuation .. maybe too much salt or retaining water .. the mysteries of the body ..
drink lots of water and maybe it will flush it out quickly !!6 -

8/24 – 225.3 WOW, I knew I should have said no to going out for Mexican food. YIKES. After eating good for a week then eating like I did last night… I felt bad all night. But I was able to get up and get a workout in before work!
8/25 – 225.1 Quiet night last night… to quiet. I did keep to one of my new goals, do not eat after 7 at night. I didn’t drink as much water as I wanted, and dinner was high in sodium…. But my mind set is still focused on my goal.. GET HEALTHY, EAT SMART, GET STRONG
