please see the doctor, focus on your food and get well. then start back at the gym. As a frequent bronchititis sufferer I know how you feel. Comfortable breathing is far more important than working out right now! Hope you are feeling better soon!

I got my first ink to celebrate my first 50lbs. It's a triskele, symbolizing body, mind and spirit. It also stands for progress. I'm not a big party kind of person. Usually I stay in with a nice dinner or spend it with some of my family. Last year my boss was married NYE - first time I've been out for it in years. This year a friend is having an open house (she moved a couple of months ago). I'll probably still be home before midnight :)

Stayed under calorie goal without a struggle. Received lots of praise from my brother in law, who is very health/fitness conscious and lifts regularly.

I like it mixed with pineapple with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on it. I also like it plain or with a bit of black pepper. I also blend it smooth and use it for dips, salad dressings or to replace sour cream on baked potato. You can use a generous amount without sacrificing all the fat grams.
