Tips to become A NEW YOU in 2013!!

Options
2013 is 2 days away!!

What are you going to do differently this year to not "fall off" and to finally reach your goals?

What stopped you this year and in the past?

Write your goals down and post them for you to see everyday
Make a motivation board
Create challenges for yourself to complete
Stay positive
stay plugged in with your fitness pals
Join a health/fitness support team
Practice self discipline
Stay honest and true with your Tracking
Don't feel like working out? Do it anyway!
Don't beat yourself up for a bad meal or day- Brush it off and keep moving forward!
Ignore negative comments from others- thats their issue not yours
Don't compare yourself with others- focus on the best self you can be
Push yourself everyday

If everyday you focus on doing YOUR best- you will succeed!!

This is where most people fail. Winging it without specific goals and plans of action usually lead to failure.

Keep changing up the workouts and healthy food. You need both that you are excited about, or at least keep you
motivated to keep going. If you find the right workout, you'll look forward to doing it all day.
Also, I'm working on making some of my food ahead and freezing it.
    So I'm better prepared.

Another thing I thought I'd share here since I shared it on my page and is a great help---

***Really take a minute to think about the things that make you get off track-- and then write down ways to actively work and push through when it does start to happen to help you bounce back stronger than ever!
