It is fun and cannot hurt! But, someone with more understanding of the science behind weight loss will probably say that lean muscle will work for you even when you are not working. So weight training is very very important too!

I too, love to eat at night. So, I do. I try to make my dinner time later and that has really helped! So I save my calories to where I am able to eat until satisfied and then I can chill and not want stuff or crunch.

I used whole oatmeal and put it in the microwave for about 1 min. 45 sec. Then add a little milk, cinn. and brown sugar, and some chopped walnuts, or splenda in place of the brown sugar.
