love my mandolin, and my slicer thingamajig that I use for slicing hardboiled eggs into salads. recently I got a crinkle cutter that I use to make roasted sweet potatoes.

check out the link I sent you. those soups are very hearty, not liquidy.

how about soups? https://www.budgetbytes.com/category/recipes/soup/ my favorites are the garden vegetable quinoa, the garden vegetable lasagna, and the chunky vegetable and lentil soup. and I'm going to try the sweet potato tortilla soup next weekend.

if you want to add more exercising to your routine for some extra food calories, I would suggest some strength training, or very low impact cardio, such as swimming, cycling, or the elliptical. however, like others have said, running injuries can sneak up on you, especially if you are new to the sport. take your time and…

there is no perfect macro ratio that'll give you abs or make you leaner, or better fuel your workouts. you need to maintain a calorie deficit. you need to strength train. and you need to be patient. depending on the first two things, your genetics, and your age, you may see abs sooner rather than later.

I know you said no athletic goals, such as races... but what about races that require you to be fast and strong? running a 5k in under 24 minutes is no small task, and requires as much strength as it does endurance and speed. Or Obstacle Course Races? those definitely require strength and endurance.

they make them with a special coating to help eliminate the fish burps.

I know plenty of people with an at home set up who still make tons of excuses.

budgetbytes.com has some great vegan and vegetarian meals. my favorite is a sweet potato taco meal... it has a lime crema made from sour cream that you can easily substitute something like crème fraiche or greek yogurt for.

I agree with what other said- a calorie deficite is what makes you lose weight. but the best supersets are the simple ones: push ups, pull ups, lunges, body weight squats.

you're never going to be 100% accurate, even WITH a scale. you may have to get used to guesstimating depending on the size.

I'd say ditch the app, and you do you. just go out and go for a run. when you are feeling out of breath, slow for a walk. when you are no longer breathing heavily, start running again. as far as pace goes, you shouldn't really be pushing yourself too hard for like, 80% of your runs, especially in the beginning. one day you…

swimming is a fantastic form of exercise, and is very multi-faceted. you can push yourself hard for an anaerobic workout, it's fantastic cardio, and can be used for many people to recover from surgery or injuries because of it's extremely low impact. but like others said, you should be cleared by your doctor for any kind…

thats my plan. i have about 4-5 pokemon to evolve into new pokemon, and a bunch of commons and stuff to evolve for the XP. i have to catch about 52 more magikarp before i can evolve one to a gyrados, so probably by then i'll have enough to jump at least two levels.

i'm about a quarter of the way through level 20, and i'm catching every weedle, pidgey, caterpie, spearow and any other thing i see for the XP points, and i'll eventually stack evolve them with a couple of lucky eggs to double my xp and jump a few levels
