On top of eating better and exercising, I am also excusively breast feeding wich burns and average of 500 calories. And, it's just something to work toward. I'm not killing myself with exercise or starving just trying to motivate myself.

If my son and I are doing something that isn't part of our daily activities, for example playing tag, I will log it. Many times I incoorporate him into my workout because it is more fun (he's almost four). I would take the majority of what you are doing and log it as that. I don't know but it never fails, I am ALWAYS over on my sugar intake.

Try a new workout routine. Your body gets used to the same workouts and it becomes hard to lose weight. If you change up your routine you can break through the wall.

I feel great if I exercise in the morning before I go to work. I am happier, I can concentrate better, and I'm not tired all day.
