Are the sugars levels set too low on MFP?

I don't know but it never fails, I am ALWAYS over on my sugar intake.0

I am also always over on my sugar..im PCOS and supposedly this is bad to be over but i haven't had any problems being over on my sugars as long as im not over on my carbs0

I haven't been looking at my progress on sugar, until you mentioned it, that is. I made the decision to avoid sugar, and looking back, I'm consistently under (with the exception of my intentional cheat days). Looking at your diary for the past week, I see you include items that are pre-packaged like Lean Quisine. I may be totally off-base, but I'd look at the ingredient lists of these types of foods. Just because they say they're "lean" and "healthy" doesn’t mean they actually are.0
