Staying under sodium is what you want to do, those numbers look good. Be mindful of some MFP foods in the database that may say 0 sodium, sometimes they aren't correct. Yours look ok though

When I started with MFP, I was faithful in eating back my calories, at least most of them. I have now lost 100 pounds and it has been about a year. I lost pretty steadily give or take a couple of mishaps here and there. What I'm told, though, is that eating back your calories is less important when you have more to lose…

Yup, you can do this. If you find it hard then try changing your goals to 1lb a week. I find that I end up working out more and longer because I want those extra calories. It's very hard for me to eat only 1200 so I'll work out more so I can eat more:)
