    Hello all

    I am purposing to challenge myself to this thread next week. The week ending today has been way to hectic, my exercise level has been terrible. The only consistent thing has been walking the dog. Oh well, nothing I can do about the past week, I am so looking forward to my walk with the dog today and starting this thread again tomorrow. Congratulations to all that made their goal of burning 3500 calories. You Did It!!! Give yourself a hug :happy:

    Fri: 400 calories burned (40 minutes workout dvd)

    Congrats to everyone who made it! This challenge definitely kept me accountable during the early part of the week when I felt like not doing anything... I kept thinking "I do not want to end up with 2000 calories left on Sunday!"
