In our household we have a saying: "Feta makes it betta!!" Haha But for real, I divide the package into 1 oz squares when I buy it then divide that in half for each of our salads. 1/2 oz on a salad makes it so good!

Pale girl here! I get really red after cardio! It's worse if I haven't worked out I'm a while so hopefully as you build up your endurance it will improve. No shame in being pale though haha

January was good for working out (made my goal of 3x/week!) and I've been logging almost 2 weeks now (there's definitely a few naughty days though). February I want to be in the gym 3-4 times per week and be a good girl food-wise!

Weigh every day because I like to know! It doesn't change my calorie intake for that day though. I only "weigh-in" to MFP once a week though to make sure the loss is real!

This summer I worked overnight 3 nights a week (7pm-7am). Usually I counted the things I ate "overnight" on the previous day. However, if I went over on calories for that day I would sometimes count it as breakfast for the next day.

I weight every day, but I only log once a week. If I weigh in on Thursday, I'll do an average of wed/thurs or tues/wed/thurs just to be sure I'm actually losing! I can't resist the scale temptation!

There are actually many health benefits to coffee! And small amounts of dairy are a plus too :-)

I weigh every day when I wake up, but I only log it once a week. I also do that just because I try to average the 3 days before I log in my weight to make sure I actually lost the weight and it wasn't water fluctuation :-)

I am actually worried about this too! I'm getting to my goat weight faster than expected, and although I may try to lose another 3-5lbs after, I have no idea how to stay the same weight! I mean, usually I do anyway, but will I have to force myself to eat more or what?

I'm out of grad school for the summer and I work 3 overnight shifts in a row, so that leaves a lot of free time at home during the other 4 days! Ok, this makes me feel so much better! I take the pill and I took only one of my pills later than usual but I did just start exercising regularly and watching what I eat. I had some spotting and that usually NEVER happens with me.
