i made this thurs night but didnt get to eat my leftovers over the weekend. do you think i should trash it or will it still be good tomorrow?

Hard to know without knowing the expiry date on the ricotta but most probably it'll be fine if you didn't leave it sitting out of the fridge too long.0

I keep my leftovers for a week, after 7 days I toss it.0

i think it should be fine. i would try it and if it tasted fine just eat it. 3 days isn't that long i don't think.0
