Is MFP that smart?

:huh: Out of curiosity does Myfitnesspal legitly give you actual "good" "realistic" numbers for calories and what not? I read a lot about people going and finding out their BF% and BMR and stuff like that and setting their own calories ect. I guess what I’m trying to say is has anyone just set up their MFP with their goals and just left it alone and put all their faith into MFP?
