I usually do a banana and a protein shake. Only about 220 calories and everything you need.

Don't believe cheat days or meals....that being said I'll have a little something once every week or two like a few slices of pizza....just keep it in moderation and not a binge.

there is a website called "If It Fits Your Macros"....google it and check it out. It has a calculator for bulking (gaining muscle) and cutting (losing fat).

Two things helped me....I've never binged since: 1) I don't restrict as much 2) I have a small cheat meal on saturday nights. Those 2 things keep me right on track usually without a second thought. I haven't slipped up in over 8 months.

Great job on the weight loss. I only noticed this because I'm 5'8 1/4 and weight 147...I'm a size 4 so it's not like that's big.....you said your coal is 130...at 5'9 isn't that kind of low? I'm happy for you - just don't drop too low as you'll mess up your body. Best of luck to you.

There are tons on-line for free, Just google free half marathon training plans...also a lot of sites like running times and womens running will even have receipes and calculators for pace etc... You;ll be fine. Just trust the plan and take it slow...don't increase your miles too quick.

^ this......What your husband said is not love girl. I divorce ppl for a living doll...trust me - either get counseling fast or accept that its over. In my experience professionally this is what I see. Hold your head up high and do it for you. If the rest doesn't work out - at least you have that.

I've been on maint...bulking for a while now...I'm constantlhy hungry..just part of it I've learned to accept!! And yes, I am more hungry on rest days than workout days!! I think bc exercise is an appetitite suppresant in a way so rest days you just feel hungry!!

Mine was only about 30 lbs but the drop in body fat was huge...previous BF was about 30%...current 16.7%. All about gaining muscle now. Irregardless - goals are goals and hitting each milestone was exciting and continues to be. I wish you all the best going forward!! You can do this!

Honestly I just do the best I can. Ugly feet just comes with the territory :-/ Good shoes, proper socks and I use a pumice stone to scrub them once a week really good.
