I had the same problem at the beginning of keto. Take vitamins and increase your protein and calories. Check your hormones. Later then slowly go to the deficit you are aiming. Maybe your deficit is too big, youe are not getting all the minerals and vitamins, hormones...? A lot of factors....

+1, I'm on keto and eggs are one of the best go-to food. Omlettes, boiled, with spinach muffins.....so many options. There are some new research that say that eggs aren't bed as people used to think. But it's better to choose one with Omega-3 and not from the "battery raised" chicken.

I think you should lower your carbs. In my experience that's the quickest way to loose in a short term.

I am strick and I weigh them. Just sometimes I skip with green leafy salad. I "eye-measure" the grams as it doesn't have many calories or carbs :)
