I typically eat an egg a day, but I haven't eaten any the whole of last week and now I ate two yesterday and two today. Is this bad? In terms of saturated fat and cholestrol?

I typically eat at least two eggs a day if not more. The cholestrol in eggs is actually GOOD for your body, it's not the bad cholesterol. :)

A lot of medical studies from the past are in need of correction. No one really knows. From personal experience I'd say eggs are fine in any amount... but even drinking water has a cut-off limit.

Too many eggs can cause me to experience digestive disturbances. I can generally handle one egg. I can do two if I make the second one just the egg white. I eat maybe 2 or 3 whole eggs per week. Some weeks none.

I LOVE eggs and would happily eat at least 2 every day (I've just had 3 scrambled for breakfast), having been born with a heart condition my cholesterol level is checked regularly and I've been told it's getting too high

    +1,
I'm on keto and eggs are one of the best go-to food. Omlettes, boiled, with spinach muffins.....so many options.
There are some new research that say that eggs aren't bed as people used to think. But it's better to choose one with Omega-3 and not from the "battery raised" chicken.

Normally 2-4 a day. It's my standard breakfast, but I'll also have 2 or 3 after a workout as my dinner. For breakfast it's usually just scramble eggs, but sometimes I'll mix in a little deli ham or cheese with them.

Depends on you. Too many can cause a most unpleasant reaction in some people. I am one of them. If I eat more than two a day for a few days, bad things happen. Really, really bad things.

Furious Pete ate 50 eggs in 10 minutes, 20 eggs in one minute, and chugged 120+ egg whites. He also ate a Guinness World Record six Cadbury Creme Eggs in one minute.

If you don't have any problems with high cholesterol you will be fine.....if there is a problem the nutritional guideline from Health Canada suggests maximum 4 a week....don't know about the guidelines for other countries, sorry. Good luck on your quest.

Well, I usually eat four every morning, and on Sunday I had that plus made a Frittata for dinner, so about 6-7 total that day. Usually go through 30 a week. Healthy, happy, with great cholesterol.

    I think you're ok.

I had a fried egg on my cheeseburger last night. I also put eggs in the ground beef to make the burgers. Yay eggs!

I think I could double that, though I wouldn't taste them. Hm, is there any money in it?

When I started lifting to gain weight, instead of a gallon of milk a day (GOMAD), I did a dozen eggs a day (ADEAD) for 3 months. No health issues arose from it.

Eggs are a cheap, easy source of protein and fats. If you like them, eat them. Genetics play a big role in potential health markers. Obesity does as well. Eat the right amount of food, and hit your macro goals. Exercise regularly. Then cross your fingers for good genes.
