I've been having this issue for a few days now as well. It's very annoying since I edit my food all the time as I'm trying to build my menu. Please fix it soon. 🙏

On one of the songs when I did Body Groove tonight, there was a segment where you have to do jumping jacks. I didn't think about it and just did them no problem. I would've done a modified half-jack even a month ago. These little progressions are a big deal and really help with feeling accomplished. :)

Mine as well. I logged out and back in, cleared cookies, restarted Firefox, reloaded the page several times. Nothing. :(

I'm using Firefox and it's not working for me either. I keep track of my net calories on the homepage and it's been broken for about a week now? I have to go to "reports" to see my net calories. It's very annoying. I'm about where soloact is - I've been a member since 2012 and I'm wondering if I should find a site that…

Came here to see if anyone else was having this issue. I hope they fix it soon.

My stalls usually last a month. One time I stalled out for two months. You have to be more stubborn than your body. :) After the two month stall, I did a strict zig-zag for about a month, and now I'm doing a loose zig-zag. That is as long as my weekly average is within perimeters, I'm okay with it. For me, I don't change…

I'm almost at the half-way point in this current journey, (I previously lost a 100#, gained it almost all back), I'm 49, 5'9" and do a 16 hour IF with a calorie zig-zag, cardio six days a week and weights three days a week. I have loose skin. It just is what it is. If I remember correctly, previously I still had a bit of…

HSW: between 180 - 190.. I didn't really weight myself all that much because I was "fat". Now: 167 GW: ~150... I've never been that thin and want to see how it looks. :) edit: I'm 5'9"

That's terrific! Amazing change!! You look great!

I just finished it last month. I had to move to a slight incline after the two minute mark, but completed it from there. I did notice considerable tightening of my core, so I'm continuing them at two minutes every day with the goal of getting back on the floor. I'm not really all that fit and on the last day, holding it…

Awesomely amazing work!! You look great! :D

I've not cut anything out. My diet philosophy is "All things in moderation." Been logging for 658 days. :)

That's fabulous! You look great! And if I may be so bold (and not creepy, I swear!) I love the definition in your shoulders. Well done! :)

That is incredibly awesome! Thank you for the inspiration - I really needed that this evening. :)

I hadn't really thought about it, but I used to get really sick at least twice a year. I'd be miserable for two to four weeks. Now I can't remember that last time I was sick. And I eat the same crap as I always have, just less of it.

I'm wanting to lose 20lbs by June and in my opinion, that's pushing myself pretty hard. Not saying 60lbs is impossible, but it would be rigorous.

About three or four years ago, I lost ~80 lbs but hit a plateau and couldn't drop below 200 lbs. I was doing it 100% on my own so didn't know how to bust it. I dropped to below 1200 cals a day, but that was unsustainable and wasn't working either, so I stopped trying. I maintained for a couple years, but it slowly, slowly…

I really needed this post (and comments) today. The holidays have been brutal!

That's so wonderful! You both look terrific!!

I'm in the same boat. Deflated water balloons, is what I think of mine. I'm so self-conscious about my boobs now that I wish I could afford surgery. :( I started out in 42DDs and now my 36Cs are too big; most of it is loose skin. T_T

My graph looks just like a series of long steps. I'll stall for two weeks to a month, then drop four to six pounds in a week to two weeks, then stall again. I've been repeating this process for a very long time now. I expect it's quite normal. When I average my overall loss, though, it works out to being ~1.2 lbs a week...…

I have an HRM and I measure and weight everything, but even so, I wouldn't think of eating all the exercise calories back. My thinking is what if for some reason something's off in my measurements. I'd rather err on the side of caution. When I first started, too, my deficit wasn't near as many calories, either, so if it…

I completely relate to both ends of the spectrum. I wasn't all /that/ fat when at my heaviest... now that I'm at my lightest, I'm huge. Two days ago, I had a complete stranger say I was tiny. I know better than that, but I need to wrap my head around the fact I'm not morbidly obese anymore.

That's it exactly. Thank you.

My husband did a bit of research in his interest in aquaponics. He found that most tilapia is raised on corn and he is of the opinion that we have enough corn in our diet. As well as tilapia is so bland and tasteless it's basically a carrier for seasonings. He, (and I agree), prefer to eat more flavorful fish without all…

I've been using the "zig-zag" method with good results for some time now. At the moment, I've been banking my calories for the weekends when I have a tendency to go over due to everyone being home, but overall, I'll eat more on some days and less on others purposefully so my body doesn't get used to a set amount of food.…

I definitely want to read responses to this. I'm getting close to goal myself and do Zumba three times a week, which I do NOT want to give up.
