Yes, Calliou should be shot. But I have to stand up for Barney.... annoyingly catchy songs, and some educational value... I think? Come on, some one help me here! :embarassed: My son is 7 now so I miss those early days. He's outgrown all those shows so maybe I'm just nostalgic? Now I hate Courage The Cowardly Dog!

yeah! what she said! I think the bigger issue is whatever triggered you to fall off the wagon. Maybe set your daily calorie goal higher and have a more modest weight loss goal? There's no easy answer... : ( Don't be discouraged, this isn't easy but it will be worth it. Promise!

hmmm.. good idea! I guess I kind of do the same... I measure what I use, then just "eyeball" what's left over and subtract. : )

Personally, I've learned to ignore that. Mainly I focus on the calories, fat, sodium, and then getting enough protien and fiber. If all of those are close to to where they should be, I'm good (I do take a multivitamin too). I don't think it's possible to keep your sugar under because of the fruit. I don't worry about it.

I weigh myself every day, but record it once per week. I do it on Saturdays so that when it posts to my FB page a higher number of friends see my progress! :smile:

It seems like everyday my sugar consumption is over too. I had the same question as you. I'm cutting back here and there, but I'm not worrying too much about it because my total calories for the day ( and fat) are within limits. I thought it would be impossible to give up ice cream, but I found a very close, healthy, substitute. Schwan's Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen yogurt! Yum! and only 130 calories and 3 g of fat. I have the will power to stick to "1 serving" and it satisfies my craving! : )
