Yes! I gained about 5 pounds during the week of Thanksgiving and FINALLY was just able to lose that 5 plus a bonus pound too lol It seems like it took forever though!!! Coffee makes me full! If I get the munchies or am craving something sweet I will have a cup of coffee instead and it helps me to control it. That's weird if it makes you hungrier lol

I eat the Healthy Choice meals sometimes if I'm not in the mood to cook. Check them out... they aren't that bad but I wouldn't reccomend eating it every day. Home prepared meals are much better for you :)

once in a while but i try to stay within the limit. i always tend to go over my sugar and fiber intake though cuz they set it really low. but i try to only eat the "good sugars" like in fruit. i use splenda for everything else like coffee or oatmeal.

how did i lose it or how does the site help? but either way... i lost it from sticking to the daily limits the site recommended for me (i set mine for 2 lbs a week).. and ive been exercising a little. i do either the 1 or 2 mile walks on demand or use the tredmill. the site helps because if u are tracking the foods on here…

Breakfast i usually eat plain oatmeal with splenda and sometimes cinnimon and then i have a piece of fruit or yogurt with it. Sometimes I'll have scrambled eggs and toast or cereal. I noticed the other day that my face has cleared up a lot since eating healthier too! I'm so glad! I think it's a mix of drinking more water and eating less greasy and fatty foods

Yeah, I usually don't pay to much mind to it but I don't wanna go over by too much. Plus I don't wanna eat the same foods all the time lol. I always go over my fiber too. They set that wayyy too low

I almost always go over too. I even switched from sugar to splenda, and I don't really eat sugary things. All of my sugars come from things like fruits and yogurt. I don't really pay too much mind to it because I know it's not from bad foods I am eating.

If any of you have Comcast they have Exercise TV on demand. I've been using the mile walk and 10 minute leg pilates. I'm just starting and not used to exercising at all so I'm doing the 1 mile now but am working my way up. They have a bunch of different workouts though :)
