Have yall seen the little weight that you shake in your hands???? was wanting to know if anyone has tried this!!!! Its suspose to take only 6 mins a day!

    I say save ur money.. I bought it and didnt like it very much but thats just my opinion..

    From what I've read - not worth the money. My personal trainer laughs at people using it at the gym.

    i have it. i think its a little weird lol i havent used it enough to see if it works but i think it would cuz i could feel it in my arms. but that could be because i never use weights or anything
