I don't pull it tight. Just nicely laying it. Whatever you do make sure you do the same thing every time you measure and you won't have any issues!
-
add me! i started with over 150 to loose and am just about to reach the 50 lbs mark, so over 100 more to go before I re-evaluate where I need to be. motivation and accountability is the best thing about MFP!

I am a nurse, and that is what we were always taught. When I first heard that I had the same reaction as you. Then I realized that my waterbottle is 32 oz so I only had to drink 5 of those a day. It made me feel A LOT better then thinking of it in 8 oz cups! Besides most cups you have in the kitchen is bigger then 8 oz.

you look absolutely fabulous Corey and can go see a difference!

2 months into my new healthy living I had company, and brought me my favorite sweet...double stuff oreos...and yes I ate the entire box AND a half gallon of milk with it! I was doubled over by the end of the night!

You need energy to get through a workout. Your body needs the fuel to keep you going, and to energize you. I personally eat before I workout, even if it's something small like a banana. They make sure you eat afterwords to refuel. Remember you didn't gain that 80 pounds by eating a banana every day.

Welcome to your new life! I have been on MFP since the end of September, and have become addicted to it. I went from 333 down to 295, and wan to get to around 150 lbs. So we are have the same goals. We can do this together. MFP offers such encouragement, accountability, and the drive to keep going. I recommend adding as…

You can do it! It's a one meal at a time, one day at a time. If you mess us one meal, don't let it affect your whole day! Just log it and move on. I have about 150-180 lbs to lose, so I completely understand. Feel free to add me and I will encourage, motivate and keep you accountable.

You look fabulous Cory! You can totally see a difference!

I work in a correctional facility, and those inmates keep us nurses hopping most of the time. I found that I was taking at least a couple of sodas to work and money for the vending machine for a pick me upper. Now I refuse to have cash in my wallet, and I buy those crystal light flavors to put in my water bottle that sits…

You look absolutely fabulous! Thanks for posting your before and after so I can get a better glimpse of what you have accomplished. But you look great!

Welcome to MFP. I have only been on here a few weeks, well I guess almost a full month now. And I can say that thanks to MFP, this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I look at what I am doing in a whole different manner. If you screw up one day, then just move on and remember that tomorrow is a new day. Add lots of…

I had the same problem. Several people recommended to increase the water intake. You are suppose to drink half of your body weight in ounces. That is 159 oz of water a day for me! Sure I had to pee a lot at the beginning, but my body got use to it. And sure enough next time I got on the scale, I lost!

You look fabulous!

You will definitely find support, encouragement and accountability on here. The more friends you have on here, the better you will stay on track. Feel free to add me!

I do Monday Mornings. I was going to do it on Fridays, but also found that when I did then I could do whatever on the weekends, then work my butt off during the week. So I switched it to Monday's to where I was accountable for the weekends, and then had a fresh new start to every week. Just make sure you pick a time, and…

I work out right after I eat breakfast. I find that if I get on the computer or turn the tv on, then I wont work out. So I eat, then go straight to the gym. It's all about making a routine that fits you best.

I was sick this past week and had the exact same problem. I tried exercising, but found that I couldn't breath and got oh dizzy at times. I decided after day 2 that I couldn't take it anymore. I wouldn't overly push it if I were you. Let your body rest. But make sure you drink plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated…
