Unless your partner genuinely had an intimate relationship with cheese, i'm pretty sure you're making something out of nothing and anyone who would tell you differently is just trying to get a reaction out of you for comedic purposes because the whole idea that she may leave you like she left cheese is so completely…

I don't think they were trying to be a ****. You said you feel guilty about eating food. That's kind of like feeling guilty about breathing oxygen, and you do need help.

I think she was just trying to say that you should be ok with yourself whether or not you're "fat." This seems pretty reasonable to me, probably not a cause for attack.

amazing transformation! you must be so proud of yourself.

HAHA. that's awesome. All this time I've been trying to cuddle with my cat and getting the *kitten* scratched out of me...

What is this group all about? I might be interested but I don't really know what this is all about...lol

I tried the white and wasn't a huge fan, but I guess it isn't bad if you're worried about the calories. I tried the rose too and it wasn't bad, although not my favorite either.

I work overnights too. I know that can make keeping track of food and exercise much more difficult, not to mention trying to get enough sleep. Some tricks I have discovered to make it more manageable are working out at home (because the gym isn't open at 3:30 am when I'm wide awake), tracking food by chronological time…

I have felt exactly the same way! It's like no matter how much weight I lose or what I actually look like, the insecure fat girl always lives inside of me! It is really frustrating to have made so many positive changes in my life and still feel exactly the same, but I try to focus on the positive and just remind myself…

I''m not really sure how helpful it is. I have heard that it makes your metabolism faster, but I don't know. I drink green tea a couple days a week though because it tastes good and I get tired of drinking nothing but water all the time.

I'm totally in

I don't think that cheat days are helpful because they just encourage you to eat crap that you know you shouldn't eat. If I want to, or need to, eat something that I would not normally, I allow myself to, but I do not consider it a "cheat" or "cheat day." I think that kind of thinking keeps ppl stuck in bad habits.

There is so much leniency here...oh my gosh. Don't listen to them! You are worth a guy with a job, a car, and the general impression of kinda-sorta having his **** together, and don't let anyone make you feel guilty about that!

I do that allll the time. I think that has more to do with poverty than my fascination with food tho...

I have had ppl comment on my eating habits, to which they received a colorful message detailing exactly what they can do with their opinions. Why? Because what I eat and what I do aren't anybody on MFP's business. It is highly likely that someone only eating 500 cals a day isn't logging everything they eat, or are eating…

Two of my initial goals were "Drink 8 glasses of water a day," and "Don't eat sugar or grain." Neither worked. Now I try to drink 6 glasses of water a day and limit intake of sugar and grain. Rewarding myself for reaching goals has worked well though. You just have to find what works for you.

When I first started dieting I was a little over a hundred pounds overweight, and I was tired all the time. Like you, I have a pretty busy life and I think the combination of that and carrying around all that extra weight was just exhausting. The good news is that the exhaustion I felt all the time started to go away when…
