I am so disgusted with myself.

I am logging in now, and need to get myself motivated.

I have a hard time staying on track with my crazy overnight work schedule.. anyone else do something similar?
I end up drinking insane amounts of calories (soda) in a feeble attempt to stay away.

Anyhow, I am dedicated, logging in and back to exercising.

I could use any motivation or friends :)

    I work overnights too. I know that can make keeping track of food and exercise much more difficult, not to mention trying to get enough sleep. Some tricks I have discovered to make it more manageable are working out at home (because the gym isn't open at 3:30 am when I'm wide awake), tracking food by chronological time (instead of driving myself crazy over whether eating pancakes at 5 pm should be considered "breakfast" or "dinner"), and most IMPORTANTLY!! Getting at LEAST six hours of sleep a night/day. Anything less than that SERIOUSLY messes with your metabolism, in addition to making you more tired and less likely to exercise or make decent food choices.

    Yeah, the whole sleep thing is really messing with me.

    I work overnight 7 of 14 days.
    Its a bit nuts.

    i don't think i ever get 6 hours of sleep in a row, maybe 3 and 3?

    i need ot make it owrk somehow.
