Lol just after I finished the other post, I looked through them to see all the weight lost in the signatures just for that reason. When I update my weight loss I've been asked a few times by MFP friends what it is in pounds.

Looking good Anna!!! Thanks for the motivation and I know that you are motivated to keep up the awesome job you are doing.

My goal is 150 pounds (68 kg) as that will at least get me into the healthy weight range which I can't ever remember being in (probably not since at least primary school - grade 3 or below). If i think I can go further maybe I will reassess once I actually get to my goal or might be happy just to stay there.

My personal fave is Abbotts Village - Country Grains which I just get from my local Coles supermarket. It works out to be about 119 calories a slice. There bigger then a slice of white bread and fill you up a lot better. They are even topped with oats on the crusts which I think adds that extra flavour.

Congratulations!!! You're totally right 1 year has made a massive difference. Here's hoping 1 year does the same for me.

I have lost 29 pounds so far and I have only used MFP. I must say that the app though is what has helped alot as it's allowed me to be able to keep my food diary up to date. I always have my iPhone with me to keep track on the spot what I eat. I had no idea earlier how much all the food added up so fast in calories.…

I love heating up some tomato on mine under the grill and then adding a swirl of low fat Mayo. I'm also an Aussie girl and love having some butter and vegemite on mine, lol, this is my favourite way and have wholemeal English muffins with this on it all the time.

I'm 24 and have 74 pounds (33.5 kilos) left to lose. Anyone feel free to add me if you like.

I laughed and gagged the whole time while reading that. So funny, I am just glad I was not eating pizza, though it would have been a good deterrent to turn me off it fast, lol.
-
Just started eating it and love the fact that I have more ideas to try now. I like it at the moment mixed with ground pepper and chives on toasted wholegrain bread with tomato slices. Just enjoyed it for breakfast then. YUM!!!

CONGRATULATIONS! That is just awesome. Its definitely part of my plan to cut out soft drink also. Not planning to have to give up the types of food I eat, more I am planning to give up the amount of it i can eat in one go. It's all so much easier with this site as you can keep track of the calorie amount. Keep up the…
