    How close should it be? exact?

    I think the best twin would be someone as close to your height, age, and current weight as you can find. Starting weight and goal weight probably aren't as important, though helpful. But that's just my opinion - it's up to you. :)

    I have a medium/large build with broad shoulders and hips. My goal is to be healthy and toned with a fair amount of muscle. My problem area where I still need to lose the most is the belly.
