    Gw 4: 160 by April 10th

    ULTIMATE GOAL: 145 by July 8th my first 15k race :D

    I'm 5'9", SW was 248, now 236, I have several goals but my eventual goal is 175. I am slow but steady, though, and would love to see under 200 sometime this winter. I'm also 32.

    I have a medium/large build with broad shoulders and hips. My goal is to be healthy and toned with a fair amount of muscle. My problem area where I still need to lose the most is the belly.
