A circle of low fat mozzarella and a couple slices of tomato. Sometimes add a basil leave and cracked black pepper. Put under the broiler long enough to get melty and toasty. Yum!

Probably the real ? is what can't you put on an english muffin haha!

a slice of cheese and tomato... :) and a shake of lemon pepper.
and cause the muffin is hot, the thinly sliced cheese gets all melty and warm, and the tomato is cold and ...oohhh drooooool.

My first choice is a 16oz sirloin, but after I give my head a shake...I like a fried egg, low-fat cheese and a squirt of ketchup. Whole wheat muffins, though, right.

We also use them to make mini-pizza nights, which our 10 year old loves. He is a skinny little dude, so he can add all the veggies and pepperoni he wants. I stick to a bit of tomato sauce, and chopped mushrooms and green peppers, with a sprinkle of fresh parmasan cheese. Yum.

I love heating up some tomato on mine under the grill and then adding a swirl of low fat Mayo. I'm also an Aussie girl and love having some butter and vegemite on mine, lol, this is my favourite way and have wholemeal English muffins with this on it all the time.
