For bread I use Tip Top 9 Grain Original (a few less calories than wholemeal) but you'll probably find wraps are better. Not sure if that meets your '100% wholegrain' requirement though.

My current favourite is Helgas Quinoa and Flaxseed.
It's not low cal but it is delicious. My other favourite is Bakers Delight Cape Seed, not low cal either but full of good stuff.
Personally, I'd rather eat a smaller quantity of "real" bread and know I'm getting some nutritional value from it than more of a low-cal low-nutrition one

My personal fave is Abbotts Village - Country Grains which I just get from my local Coles supermarket. It works out to be about 119 calories a slice. There bigger then a slice of white bread and fill you up a lot better. They are even topped with oats on the crusts which I think adds that extra flavour.

    Burgen - Soy-Linseed.

It has slightly less carbs than other breads, has serious whole grains in it and is delicious. :)

Quinoa and flaxseed bread is my fav. I don't have bread very often - sometimes one piece with an egg/eggwhite scramble for breaskfast, but that's about it. Mountain bread for wraps if I have a craving.

I tried Mountain bread for the first time last night - it made some seriously good enchiladas. I think I will experiment further with it as a substitute for tortillas in mexican food - tortillas have so many more calories than you think, so if I sub tortillas with mountain bread I can get some olives and/or cheese and/or guacamole in my mexican meal without having a total calorie blowout.
