    This brought tears to my eyes! We must have started at about the same weight. I'm am so close to joining you. Just another pound to go. My ticker isn't updated yet but I'm down 76 now. I've spent almost 21 years in my 300's.

    My daughter just told me I've lost the equivalent of her 12 year old son! That kind of puts it into perspective, doesn't it!
