I've tried a few, and they always seem to work for a week or two (unless its all in my head) and then they don't do anything for me. My doctor did put me on topamax for my headaches, which is also used for weight loss. That seems to help control my appetite better than anything I've taken over the counter.

I buy fat free sour cream and mix the whole container with one hidden valley ranch seasoning packet...but that is more of a veggie dip, I wouldn't recommend it on a salad, if thats what you want your dressing for.

I have both, but I definitely like the digital one more. Although I have to move it into the hallway, so I can line it up on the same tile every week to make sure I get an accurate reading. My bathroom floor must not be completely leveled, because it always adds or subtracts a few pounds lol
