Great job

I wish I knew the secret. I've lost just over 10 lbs so far from hips and thighs area but sure wish it was from the mid-section. I assume that'll be the last place I lose from. (heavy sigh)

great job -- way to go

Great job. You look fabulous. I'm starting at about the same weight. What was your daily calorie allotment when you started, if I may ask? Thanks

Great job. What a difference. How long has this taken?

Great job!!!

Hello, I just got one a week ago and so far I'm liking it but I've had to charge it 3 times so far. I thought you only had to charge it once every 5 days and I'm having to charge mine every other day. Am I missing something? Granted I don't let it get down to below medium so maybe I should see how long it takes to get from…

Thanks for this post. I just got my fitbit Charge yesterday and was totally shocked at the calories per day it gave me. On MFP I've been trying to stay around 1500 per day and haven't lost anything in months but according to fitbit I can eat an additional 300 per day and lose. It doesn't seem right. Also my daily steps…

Here is a another quick and easy recipe that I got from my brother in law. Even I can make homemade bread and the best part you can make half today and cover the rest of the dough in the fridge for a couple of days later. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: Makes four 1-pound loaves 3 cups lukewarm water (about 100º F) 1…

There are quite a few classes at my gym where they keep it dark. Their explanation is that you work harder because you focus on yourself and aren't so self conscious about others watching you.

Great job. You give me hope

Loved step and was really disappointed when my gym cancelled all the evening classes. they are only offered during the day now when I'm at work.

I didn't care much for it. I'm 5'9" and when I lay on it I didn't feel that comfortable. Maybe if your shorter. Plus I thought attaching the cables around your legs for the quad excercises was okay if you were a contortionist but maybe that was just me

I tried it and hated it. It tasted nothing like PB to me.

I have just the opposite story. The machine will tell me I've burned 350 calories but according to my HRM I've only burned 270. I've always found them to give me more calories burned than actual.
-
I also have the Polar and love it. I guess it depends on how you want to use it. I know some - Fitbit and Bodybugg - also plug in to apps for more information but the HRM I use only gives me calories burned for working out. I don't have to wear it all day.

someone beat me to it. check out http://hundredpushups.com/#sthash.fBr92GMv.dpbs It's a great way to build up from a few to many

I love spin. You'll be sore after your first time since you're not used to sitting in saddle that long. You can take it at your own pace and when they add tension you can go easier. No one will ever know. It's a great workout and you'll burn major calories. Good luck and have fun!

You lead by example and hopefully he follows. He will just resent you if you keep trying to push him.

There is no magic pill.

No one can really motivate you. You have to want it. Never tell yourself "I'm not motivated." That's not the real problem, unless you really don't want to lose weight or live a healthy lifestyle. As long as you do want these things, you have all the motivation you need. It may be true that sometimes you don't want to…

I've thought about it but it looks like a lot of jumping and plyo. I have bad knees so I'm wondering if I should even try.

Wow. Look at those guns! You look impressive

Awesome job. You look fantastic!:flowerforyou:

Pan fry with Old Bay and Cumin and make fish tacos. OR Mix tsp of mayo, parmesan cheese, and parsley. coat tilapia and bake at 400 for 12 mins.

I take yoga at my gym. There are two different instructors - 1 teaches a venyasa flow yoga and the other teaches more like power yoga where you hold poses forever. I've worn my HRM to both and can burn anywhere from 180 - 240 per hour of yoga. It's not a high cardio class but it does work on strength and flexibility which…
