Someone posted a thread for short girls to post success pics...I just added these to that one, and realized that this whole time I have been too much of a pansy to post my own success thread, but alas, I think it is time. I allegedly have 5 pounds until my goal weight, but I am pretty happy where I am, trying to lower my body fat and build muscle.
Sorry for the giant pics and I am sorry for my lack of internet picture posting prowess!
Before at about 185 pounds (sorry, blurry taken by my son and different angle)
In the middle at about 150 pounds
Currently at 135 pounds

Thanks everyone! I probably should have given a little more info on how I got to where I am now. I started my first couple of months just trying to get a handle on eating less food and sticking TO my calorie goals, meaning I ate every calorie available without hesitation and ate my exercise calories too! I have low blood sugar so I knew that starvation wasn't for me! Eventually I started running 2 to 3 times per week and would occasionally add in a DVD workout. Winter of 2011 I got a gym membership and got back into lifting heavy (which I hadn't done since early college) and it has made all of the difference! I haven't lost too many pounds this year, but lifting has really helped my body change! I went from a size 10 in January to a size 6 now while only losing about 3 pounds.0
