yes the doctors advice is one but i wasnt there. i can call and i will. Just wondering if anyone has tips that worked well for them. I know all is different but maybe something i dont know as well.

anytime you workout is the same. there is no difference. just the same as mixing up workouts. Body doesnt care what you do, as long as you do it.

without a doubt. thats why i am such in a cross roads. I get that i have been on MFP for years but i have hit some bad road blocks so looking to see new ways of getting back on track. Havent been good at getting back so thats why i ask for advice.

i am open to both. the one that my trainer is giving me is more crossfitty style workouts but mainly bodyweight. at the gym, i want to do more resistance training. more weights.

my goals are basically to burn fat. Thats what my trainer and i have the goal for. some of the exercises are mostly push ups, squats, jumping jacks and some weights.

it depends on your goals? those strength training classes are good for novice/beginner types. Those looking for a quick sweat with weights. their HIIT classes are good for burning fat. and get the Bike. I have it and its *kitten* amazing.

i have recently began my workout program. I do weights first as i want to make sure i get my reps done correctly. Then i use my Peloton bike for 20 minutes tops nothing more. When i dont do weights, i go on the cycle bike for 30-45 minutes.

I own a Peloton bike. It is the best money i have ever spent. The community is awesome and the classes are the best. It gives you a good burn. Honestly wish i bought it sooner. I bought the bike never taking a spin class. Peloton is the best of the bunch.
